Houses, houses and more houses

So, things went well today looking at houses. We looked at 3. Everyone of them had major pros and then cons. It's really hard to choose just one. I personally love the Buckeye one. We drove by it and both of us agreed that we weren't interested b/c of it's look. Then I stepped inside. . . I love the floor plan. It totally suprised me and in a good way. The kitchen has an island, which I like and plenty of room for a large table. The microwave is mounted over the oven, which I also like. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans and two of the three have vaulted ceilings. No walk in closets or out building, though. The one on Pecan is just like the other one we bid on, so no picture. However, more wear and not as much nice details like tray ceilings or recessed lighting in the kitchen. The one on Willow Ct. is great on the outside, but I really don't like the floor layout. The living room is small and Kassidy's room would be upstairs. The downstairs master bathroom has a powder room that also connects to the kitchen - lots of doors. Also, no laundry room. It's a closet in the kitchen and another closet is right beside it for the furnace, etc. I couldn't put anything up against the wall. In the Buckeye house, I can see Kassidy throughout the kitchen, dining area and living room, it's that open. Anyways, we're checking on some things. Oh, the Willow one has a very private back yard, more owned acreage and a pond off to the right a little in the back. Very nice landscaping at Buckeye and Willow. However, Pecan has a carbon monoxide detection system and a heat detection system. I didn't even know there was such a thing. Being through 2 fires in which the fire was in the walls, that is a great feature. Willow also has a security system already installed. We're thinking everything through. I think I'm definately leaning more towards Buckeye. Michael loves Willow's yard and we'd be able to add a garage there, no where else has enough land btw the houses. Just wanted to share our eventful, hope building morning with ya'll. Love ya and let me know what you think. I know it all boils down to our likes and dislikes and what we feel is worth it, but your feedback is important to me.

Love you, each and every one.
