This is the same structure as the house we are looking at buying. We go see the house tomorrow at 2:30pm, so pray things will go well and that God will take care of our hearts. It's really easy to get your hopes up, ya know? The one we're looking at has black or dark grey trim and about the same color yellow/cream siding. I love the windows on the top. It makes it look like a two-story, but it's not. I also love the arch over the door. A nice wrought-iron light hanging over it would be pretty. The lady selling it is older and she's not using a realtor. I'm not saying I want to take advantage of her, I just hope that maybe she'll like us and come down some on the price for a nice new family, ya know? That's what I'm praying will happen. I think that we'd be happy if she just came down like $2-4 G's, that way we could take out that much for paint, little fixtures, etc. I'm so excited, can you tell?
