it's been a long time.............
so sorry for the month long delay. things are so crazy busy, i just haven't had any time. plus the fact that we haven't had a phone line, then we didn't have our internet access yet. anywho, i miss ya'll something awful. i've got to get caught up on your lives! hope you haven't forgotten about me down here all by my lonesome? i love our house and it's quickly turning into our home. i'll post pictures soon. i also have some really good ones of doodle. she loves being here and she loves to show people her room and "big girl" bed. what a smarty pants!!! who knows, she may even pass me up! i hope so! michael's been teaching, coaching, taking 3 online masters classes and being a part-time youth minister. i barely have a husband. football season will soon be over and i cannot wait. i know some have been praying, i could tell. thank you. from the bottom of my heart. i would've never made it w/o Him. i have a prayer request for someone else. deaven and tammy bishop. they just had their newest arrival, number 4! i think they decided on phoenix, but i'm not certain. she weighed 7lbs. and something. tammy woke up with contractions at 1am. and the baby was born at 2:30pm. they sure do get faster with each one. phew! i don't think i'll try it for myself, though! but the prayer request is this, they handed in their resignation at their church for december. then on wednesday, i think, (this is second hand through Lori Hawkins) the church asked them to go ahead and leave with a month's severence pay and they could live in the house until december. some comments were made and it's not a great situation. they are looking to go ahead and move to louisville where deaven will have a better shot at a job. i simply can't imagine having a 3 day old baby and 3 other children to move! i guess i'm asking to pray god's blessings on their whole situation. my heart really goes out to them.
i love each of you and thank you for your patience with our move.

i'll have to ask michael about it. ours was through kentucky housing authority and it's based on your income level and where the house is located. if we tried to buy in springfield, we wouldn't have qualified. but, definitely, we have to get together soon. i've missed you too. todd did get to see it last week, but ya know, he's a guy. maybe with fall break? let me know or todd to tell michael since they seem to talk more. love ya carol
